We are a condominium community located in Federal Way, Washington. Redondo View was originally built as apartments and was converted to condominiums in 2004.
We hope you will find this site and its information convenient, along with keeping you informed and more involved in the Association's day-to-day operations. The site includes easy access to the association's CC&R’s, by-laws, rules, news, board minutes, meeting dates and other informative information for your use. This site is accessible with a designated password and is intended for the sole use of the Association's co-owners.
The web site links will lead you to the information you want, and will also give you an opportunity to review repair schedules, access Board minutes, and contact the board as needed.

1. It’s free to our Home Owners Association: The only cost to the HOA is hosting and domain registration, $175 per year. 2. Increases Our Property Value: Studies show that HOA’s who have active websites which are dynamic and interactive have a tremendous added value to our properties. Interactive is the key, this is a site that each of us can use to communicate our ideas and concerns.
3. Convenience & Simplicity - Availability of HOA Documents: All HOA documents are posted on the site including the CC&R’s. No more searching in your files for the documents.
